Following are selected hardlink exchanges for sites that are active
Please note that we only add to the following sites after they are developed and ready for exchanges

We do link exchanges to create search engine relevance. All of our guidelines are built
with the objective of a mutually beneficial exchange of links to optimize our mutual search
engine results and relevancy.

Guidelines As Of 02/22/09
Please make certain that the sites are relevant to one another Sites must have real content and provide some value to the surfer. We would prefer to exchange links with a well developed site that has long term potential on the internet that has a lower PR than a high PR site with limited relevance This is a permenant link exchange. The link must be maintained permanently. If you decide to take down the link, please email us at the address provided below. We do not exchange links with sites offering illegal content, using any sort of scripted download, that uses consoles of any kind, and attempts any client side scripting beyond what is normally used to deliver content. No link farms. Any site with over 200 links must have some other quality (great surfer experience, value, high PR) in order for us to agree to the link exchange. We try to make liberal use of "nofollow" codes for our links to sponsors to minimize PR leakage (unless we are trying to establish one of our landing pages with PR). We suggest that as a strategy to minimize outgoing links. We do not generally exchange links with sites that are RSS fed or rely on morphed RSS, unless the site is well done, maintained, and sufficiently morphs the RSS feeds. We try to stay away from sites with the sponsor site listed in the url or the name. Or experience is that these sites do not stay up very long for a variety of reasons. Once accepted, we will only drop your link if you subsequently violate one of our guidelines or you take action that causes your site to be banned by one of the searh engines. We do relatively few link exchanges and monitor them closely. All exchanges require a minimum PR of one less PR than the site being exchanged with. Please keep in mind that lower PR sites wishing to link to our sites must be high quality, regularly updated and maintained websites. We are interested in linking to quality sites. If you have a new site that is only a couple of months old and think it high quality but it does not meet our PR guidelines, ask us to consider it anyway. High quality sites ultimately end up with a higher PR eventually. Subdomains are ok except where noted. We are a believer in their value when used properly.
